2. Subscription Rules
Each subscription allows only one radio station to access and use our news bulletins. You must not share, distribute, or relay the bulletins to other stations, networks, individuals, or organisations. Sharing your subscription outside of the licensed station is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your access.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us in writing or through your account. However:
- If you pay monthly, cancellation will take effect one month after your final payment.
- If you pay annually, cancellation will take effect one year after your final payment.
We do not offer refunds—partial or full—if you choose to stop using the service before the end of your billing cycle. By subscribing, you accept this as part of the agreement.
4. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw your access to our service at any time, with or without notice, and without offering a refund. This may happen if we suspect misuse of our content, breach of these terms, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our business.
5. Intellectual Property
All bulletins, scripts, branding, and content created by Radio News Network are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to broadcast the bulletins on your station only. You may not edit, reproduce, resell, or repackage the content in any form without our prior written permission.
6. Fair Usage
We provide a reliable and consistent service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, system failures, or external disruptions). While we strive to deliver timely updates, we are not liable for delays or losses arising from missed bulletins.
7. Pricing & Changes
Our pricing is subject to change, though we will always notify existing subscribers in advance of any planned changes. Continued use of the service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We also reserve the right to make changes to the content, delivery methods, or frequency of bulletins as required by operational or editorial needs.
